Working in four key areas, we aim to deliver value to our clients through outsourced Resourcing, HR, Sales Teams and Healthcare clinics.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Development Manager (HDM) to join our Smoking Cessation function. This role involves taking the responsibility for achieving sales and market share targets for a well-known brand, within the given geographic region.


Your duties will include –

• Implementation of strategic sales plan to capitalise upon opportunities for growth within defined accounts

• Build strong strategic relationships with Key influencers in Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and Specialist services by supporting initiatives that improve health outcomes and drive Smoking Cessation brand growth

• Work closely with partner managers to ensure seamless delivery of sales plan and build synergies across NHS and OTC sectors

• Establish, implement, and drive the overall sales strategy and tactical sales plans to increase product sales aligned to business plan

• Develop and maintain key internal and external customer relationships and drive sales growth through personal leadership


We are looking to speak to candidates with proven and prior experience in a Healthcare Development Manager role within the Pharmaceutical industry. The right candidate will have prior and proven working knowledge of NHS influencers, operational management with the NHS and a good level of Pharmaceutical field sales experience. You will have experience of working with Senior Decision makers within the NHS to achieve business outcomes, ideally experience in a commercially focused Pharma sales role.


The ideal candidate will have strong drive for results, passion for the role and excellent sales ability.
