The Experience

The Process

Our recruitment team are highly experienced recruitment professionals with a great understanding of the types of skills that Apodi need. From the start of your application process (whether that’s just a question or a need for clarification) you will find our team easy to get hold of by phone or email and they will guide and support you through all the stages of your job search.

Typically, if you are applying for a job at Apodi you will have an initial screening interview with the recruitment team where we will establish your skills and ability to do the job and verify your team fit. You will also have the opportunity to discuss the role and ask any questions you have. Following this, a hiring manager will take you through an interview process which involves us gathering further information about you and how you work. Again, there will be plenty of time for you to ask questions too.
